This weekend was full of fun, excitement, food, picnics and swimming all in the good company of a great family and good friends. Friday night we enjoyed just being at home and watching a movie together as a family. Saturday was here quickly and we spent the day swimming and eating good food at Aunt Barb's house. It was so nice to have the family together to enjoy a last summer picnic together. We played cornhole, swam, ate, went fishing, and ate some more:)Sunday came early and we started off with a good Sunday Mass followed by the kids going on a swimming trip with Aunt Natalie. Now this would have been the perfect time to get some things done around the house but we did not get much done. Brynlie was up the whole time. The kids and Natalie got back around 5 and my parents arrived with my Uncle Ray and some pizzas!! Sunday is "Bucket Night", that is the night we get together with our neighbors to share a good ol cold bucket of margaritas, and our neighbors had family in so we all went to their house for margaritas and good conversation and a little hillbilly golf. We had a late night Sunday night and and early morning Monday. Monday the kids were up and outside playing before 9. Around 11 I decided to have a Labor Day party at my good ol Aunt Barb's. Soooo, I made a few phone calls and a trip to the store and once again we all gathered in good company around the pool for margaritas and good food. Our neighbors joined this picnic which was great because the kids entertained each other. We had a full weekend that was special mainly because of the good company that was shared.
