Ansley has been wanting an American Girl Doll for months. This year instead of a big party she chose to take a trip to Chicago. So this weekend was our big trip!! We were so lucky that Zoe and Amy could join us for our special girls day! We started off our day at the American Girl Store. Ansley and Zoe already knew exactly what they wanted. Ansley picked her doll and outfits. Next, we were off to get the dolls ears pierced. Ansley and Zoe had so much fun changing their earrings!! After shopping at the American Girl Store we shopped through the streets of Chicago a bit. We had dinner reservations at 530. This was quite an experience. The dolls were given seats at the table and served with tea cups. We had a great four course meal. Everything was beautiful and perfect!! Ansley giggled with excitement and happiness through the whole dinner. This was the best day!! We made memories that will last forever. Perfect Mommy/Daughter time!!
